The event began with prayers and thanksgiving, acknowledging the foundation of resilience and client trust that has sustained Fedoz since its incorporation in 2002. Following the opening, key leadership figures—including managers from Human Resources, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations—shared stories detailing the evolution of their respective units:

Engineering & Operations: Focused on the expansion of site capabilities, complex project deliveries, and maintaining strict QHSE standards on high-stakes field campaigns.
