Plug Lock: 
The Intimidator Plug Lock protects against liquid or gas losses. In seconds, the Plug Lock threads into any female-threaded connection where it fits slightly recessed, with no protruding parts to tempt unauthorized removal. The Plug Lock has no moving parts to jam, freeze or be picked. Constructed of through-hardened, high-quality alloy steel, the Plug Lock can be installed or removed with a McGard key (tool). Available in a variety of diameters.

Flange Lock:
Avoid lost production, valve replacement and wellhead workover with the Intimidator Flange Lock. This uniquely designed lock, based on advanced McGard technology, is drastically reducing oil field theft of x-mas trees and valves. Simply replace two opposing bolts or studs at each flanged connection with The Intimidator Flange Lock. Flange Locks are made of high-strength alloy steel, selectively hardened for strength and durability.

Pipe Lock:
Now you can secure pipe shut-offs reliably and quickly with The Intimidator Pipe Lock. The Pipe Lock prevents unauthorized siphoning of oil and gas from wells, remote storage tanks, and other containment areas. It is also adaptable for use with water storage tanks. Each Pipe Lock is constructed of a heavy-duty outer shell that spins freely around an inner cap. This cap is threaded over the pipe that is being protected or shut off. A retaining ring holds the inner cap into the outer shell. Milled into the face of the inner cap is a computer designed, narrow groove pattern. The Pipe Lock requires a matching key (tool) for installation and removal.

The sulfur-free flexible v-graphite is heat resisting,we shall ensure the service life of packing is long-term without maintenance by increasing pre-pressure on spring gasket. The self-sealing packing structure is tested 100,000 times (full travel) to ensure zero leakage and constant friction.When the stem moves at low friction state,we can get the long-term steady precision of control valve . The seat adopts multi-level structure, the sealing surface is composed of metal and special non-metal materials to ensure zero leakage. The shaft center deviates from the valve center bi-directionally. The asymmetric design sealing surface allows the disc to revolve in 0-90° freely.
